Baltimore Faces Pittsburgh in 'Festival of Fists' November 16 at Myers Pavilion!

The amateur boxing rivalry between Baltimore and Pittsburgh continues on Saturday, November 16 during the Baltimore Boxing Club's "Festival of Fists" at the William Myers Pavilion in Baltimore.  This will be the third time boxers from both cities have met.

In the main event heavyweight Sam Crossed of the Baltimore Boxing Club will take on Donnell Daniel of Pittsburgh.  In his last outing Crossed knocked out his opponent in four seconds.  Also on the card, 2013 Regional Golden Gloves champion Jerome Featherstone will take on Pittsburgh's Rashid Kirpatrick in a middleweight contest. 

Baltimore boxers Allen Burris and Adrienne Stedding are also slated to participate on the card.  For Stedding, this will be her first amateur contest. 

Tickets begin at $25.  This card was originally scheduled for October 12 so if you purchased tickets for that event you can present that ticket to gain admission on the 16th.

There will also be a 50/50 raffle and a food drive.  All fans are encouraged to bring at least one canned good to the Myers Pavilion.  For more information, call 410-375-9175.
