Jeter Defends WBC Fecabox Title; Wilson Captures UBF All-Americas Title in Springfield!

We have results from the Jeter Promotions/RBA Promotions card at the ABC Sports Complex in Springfield, VA.  For the knockdowns, we do not have times.

Tony "Mo Better" Jeter of Stevensville, MD successfully defended his WBC Fecarbox Middleweight championship with a first-round TKO of Guillermo "Bald" Valdes of Miami, FL.  Jeter makes the second successful defense of his title and bounces back from his second-round TKO loss to Patrick Nielsen in February.   Jeter is now 17-4-1, 12 KO's.  Valdes falls to 12-6, three KO's.

Alexandria, VA junior welterweight Todd "White Lightning" Wilson captured the vacant UBF All-Americas Junior Welterweight championship with a second-round TKO over Marlon Lewis of Memphis, TN.  Wilson remains undefeated at 16-0, five KO's while Lewis drops to 6-4-2, three KO's.

"The Pride of Alexandria" Brandon Quarles won a six-round unanimous decision over Norman "The Shadow" Allen of Laurel, MD in a middleweight contest.  Quarles is 13-2-1, six KO's while Allen drops to 6-11, three KO's.

For the first time in his young pro career, Bowie, MD super middleweight "The King's Son" Jerry Odom went the distance in a bout.  Odom remained undefeated with a fourth-round unanimous decision over Edgar Perez of Chicago, IL.  Odom, ranked #15 by the WBA, is now 11-0, 10 KO's.  Perez falls to 5-9, three KO's.

Lanham, MD junior welterweight "The Baby-Faced Assassin" Yurii Polischuk won a four-round unanimous decision over Benjamin "Wildcat" Olinga of DC.  Polischuk is now 4-1-1, two KO's while Olinga drops to 1-5.

Bobby Gunn, Jr. of Hackensack, NJ scored a first-round TKO in a junior middleweight contest against the debuting Gabriel Smallwood of Dover, DE.  Gunn is now 2-0, two KO's.

Heavyweight Jean Pierre Augustin of Lawrence, MA scored his first pro knockout with a first-round TKO of debuting Joseph Bowman of North Carolina.  Augustin is now 3-0, one KO.

Also on the card, Lynchburg, VA junior middleweight Joshua "Juice" Robertson scored a first-round TKO over fellow Lynchburg boxer Jamaal Davis.  Robertson is now 6-5, one KO.  Davis remains winless at 0-4.
