Zachary McIntosh, Hagerstown Amateur Boxer, Passes in Motorcycle Accident!

This has been a very tough week.  We hear word that amateur boxer Zachary MacIntosh passed away today in a motorcycle accident.  He was 29 years old.

According to HeraldMailMedia.com, Mr. MacIntosh died when the motorcycle he was riding crashed on US 40 East of Hagerstown, MD. Maryland State Police was quoted as saying the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed.

Mr. Macintosh, who lived in Point of Rocks, MD, was a boxer for the Hagerstown Boxing Club and competed in the 2011 and 2012 Washington Golden Gloves tournament.  BATB sends its deepest condolences to the officials of the club and to the family and friends of Mr. Macintosh.
